course in miracles says every day all the time. feels that way today 6 am comfortable easy. i haven't felt this well since i can't recall if ever. 8 am i decided to try dollar tree s'vale no mouth wash or clearance bought 3 beef jerky drumstick ice cream. b'king b'fast i remembered to order ham. i considered and discarded going to 24 hour. pacing myself. home ate ice cream yum. ham croissant lunch added lettuce. life being uncertain eat dessert first.
exhaustion isn't healing sleep. i'm finally getting rest for the first since the 80's.
