I checked lunch pick up still happening. then to decide park and pick up or pick up and park. under library late opening 9:50. one car stuck at bottom until gate unlocked. so now I know no timer, someone late. or passive aggressive.

I went to Cup library after a contentious conversation w/Walter. he thinks Fred and Toki's politeness means he's not disrespecting us by droning on and on his past of which we're too too familiar. so insecure.
I thought I was buying 2 salmon cesar salad when it was seafood. eh, I was hungry from a tiny lunch. low blood sugar to the brain. my 3 pm snack. half off $5.99 ea. and pure sugar cafe strawberry cake quarter $2.99. Lawrence super Safeway.

I feel like a queen Fred and Debi brought me PB cookies. I ate 2.
home at 4 pm. The air is so bad I'm wheezing.
I took my leftover chicken noodle and ate at seniors. lovely calm quiet b'fast. I took EVOO and brushed my teeth. I have other jars to keep home.
Fred wanted help handing out his b'day cookies Friday. I mistakenly thought Walter would want to support Fred. no way. Walter started making excuses, no is sufficient.
after lunch w/Fred, Toki, Walter I decided to pay PGE at Walmart. in my car I looked through all my papers and found 1 b'day card w/giraffes.
2 pm I stopped to pick up Lucky's weekly ad, found clearance 4 boxes Hostess chocolate cupcakes $1 ea, 2 drinks $1 ea, $3 peanut chocolate spread.
I walked around Walmart and found a clearance Cobb salad for dinner $2.08, a third off. I drove back to the seniors considering a second swim. not today.
home I finally remembered to look and found frog "Hoppy Birthday" card.
home 6:30 I left supps home. took them w/beets. I ate the cracklings for dinner.
I dropped and found my gym lock keys and shampoo.
Nicole left her purse on the lunch chair. I took it to Jon & Jennifer front desk. she came back w/her daughter.
I puzzled until Toki came upstairs. I remembered to get copy paper to document the website. she's going to write to them since there's no reply online.
my allergy is better since I'm wearing a mask and drinking gallons of water. every time I go out to my car the pollen gets me.
I dropped off today's 4 oranges.
I picked up avocado, guavas gone. wearing a mask less allergies and I wipe down. nuked chicken skins.
I drank strawberry Quick. so good. I have to stay hydrated because of allergies.
the best is the library access to everything I need. water, air conditioning, rest room.
10 am 66 degrees. LOVELY.
11 am 24 hour fitness. feeling hungry I decided on Jack Box. 2 breakfast jacks 2 hash browns. library arriving too early I parked, ate the potatoes. funny how keeping busy I'm not hungry.
interesting men bring their daughters to the puzzle table so they can ignore them. they might as well stay home. bad daddies.

I woke 5:46 and turned on the TV being bed ridden since mom's death. (I desperately tried to pull her from the bath tub and ruined my back. took 3 firemen to get her out.) for the first time I was glad she didn't have to see the chaos and destruction.

lunch OK Fred, Toki, happy Walter. 2 extra meals. Toki got another jury duty notice. Walter said his last was received after expiration and never bothered him again. we may handle it Monday on senior computer. oh, I could go over.
Fred's b'day Friday 18th then 2 weeks vacation.

Toki left me Arare and my fruit box. I caught an allergy cold. the fuzzy plants blowing around. I went out to pick up fruit and my sinuses are blocked. eating allergy leaves really help.

it's been 27 years. maybe by 30 the body adjusts. my body is reliving dad's miserable death because of my sisters. they tortured dad, mom and me the last month of his life. he was in excruciating pain keeping mom and me in agony with his crying and pleading.

I looked in the cafeteria, went back upstairs he was sitting on my bag. last week he moved my car keys from the chair arm but today the jerk sits on my bag.
I went downstairs to charge my devices and listen to Louise.
2:30 I was tired. home by 3. supposed to rain tomorrow.
