my left hip still weak. strong hips not core is most important. exercising my hips affects my entire left leg. I can feel the back of my knee. I'm rebuilding my body.
I ate the last of whole wheat penne and chicken by adding fresh diced tomatoes and salted almonds. senior lunch blandness is a miracle. so tasteless.
so lovely feeling bored. no crises, demands, just blessed peace. and tomorrow holiday.
