I feel great. it's been a awhile.
I'm using food I bought for hard times. I spent so much time unable to manage I bought shelf stable on sale.
11 am watching my game shows.
it's hard loving yourself when you have no experience with love. when no one loved you growing up learning to love yourself is difficult with so many trying to use and abuse you like your family.
I wonder if Parkinson is linked to not moving uptight nervous types. based on the people I know with Parkinson.
