it's been 27 years. maybe by 30 the body adjusts. my body is reliving dad's miserable death because of my sisters. they tortured dad, mom and me the last month of his life. he was in excruciating pain keeping mom and me in agony with his crying and pleading.
listening to 432 Hz Alpha waves. quite nice. you tube plays whatever. it's working.
3 pm Melvin brought me 2 bags of low salt chips. MIRACLE. he went to seniors gym this morning missed me. so I told him about dad's death day.
I'm no longer alone.
