Anxiety from past life

Golden Girls is bringing out so much.  I'm taking care of myself and my feelings.  self-respect.  without an example it's been tough to do.  like living on another planet.  a raw emotional landscape.  every new emotion hurts.  

taking care of others is easier.  focus outside ourselves.  eyes and ears survival is outwards.  releasing pain I needed to move.  so 24 hour at 8:34 no parking I was way in back.  added to my exercise.  I soaked stretched in hot tub and cooled in the pool.  10:15 I picked up St Justin lunch and remembered I wanted to use CVS expiring coupons.  bought beets 2/1.  I walked Ross' and Safeway.  realized I didn't have a car key and started to freak.  I put beets in the trunk.  key waiting for me.  

parked under Main at noon.  book sale.  I ate my lunch feeling so tired.  air quality is bad from fires.  2:30 I went home to nap 'til 5.  parked in the shade.  

moved my car to my driveway 8 pm.  I watched "Stars in my crown" 1950.  so glad I napped.  

Lx Gym tub/pool-Target - Leta St J b'fast Sunday 23/10:30

$15 new charging cord and 2/$4 small chunky PB.  

I'm finding the good in change.  

the senior locker room is closed so I went to 24.  then I decided to shop Target to keep my card current.  

I'm feeling capable.  

I bought fresh fruit tart for dinner.  a little disappointed the $5 enchilada dinner is veg only.  I wanted chicken suizas.

delicious Baskin's ice cream cake.  Walter got me extra piece.  I think he annoys to get neg vibes.  

Best hardest Disney puzzle Mickey & Minnie.  takes me within.  

I was so mellow last night I forgot to charge spot.

such fun to do what I want.  I'm releasing anxiety.  I didn't miss it at all.  yesterday and today smoke warnings on the weather.gov.  people feel stressed because the body notices.  

it amazes me people complaining of feeling tired when there's no oxygen.

people live in bubbles totally out of touch with the world.  makes me wonder how they survive.  proves there is a God.

Paul stopped by w/salt vinegar chips YUM!  my needs are met.

hot tub 104 pool 84 degrees.  and me free.  I drove to CUP library couldn't access summer reading even w/help.  then Panera nothing I wanted was almost was boxed in by the over sized in compact spaces.  took some maneuvering to get out.  

KFC Taco bell combo I tried spicy fresh jack pepper burrito $3.  eh, OK.  senior green banana perfect dessert.

eating lunch in lovely Sunny library shade 80 degree 1 pm.  I want to turn in Summer reading.  got my $5 coupon.  

I didn't feel like cooking opened a can of soup.

after getting Ruben's goodies St Justin she came over and asked if I went to a senior rummage sale at the center.   I had to ask where, "on Winchester".  she's so used to secret dealing she's losing her vocabulary.  

I checked no movies or books.  I remembered how to get there the back way.  it's been awhile.  May last year.  

I'm getting back my shine.  today's weather is perfect.  forecast 90's not happening 77.  I caught Paul's fear.  

I turned in summer reading for Mtn Mike personal pizza, book bag, book coupon.  SCORE!!

I have a county book and cd overdue I may return tomorrow.  I thought I lost the case when I had it with the movies.  I saw Sammi as I was leaving the underground garage after looking through my trunk for it.  I gave him some avocados he gave me a T-Joe PBJ crepe I ate to fuel my search.  TA DA!!.  prayer partner.
