i made faux eggs for b'fast 5 am. gym 3 relaxing swim. bought chickpea snack target by 8:30 i was hungry Panera bacon souffle i ate before puzzling upstairs. packed for senior gym i checked bookmobile no cody. and lunch tiny 1 egg cheese omelet.
i 'm feeling wired. better than feeling weird. i'm carefully assessing my options. guarding my back.
