i'm in excruciating pain. again. i can barely get out of bed again. i may have to use a cane again. good i only have mon tu we this week. i can baby myself. 3 days doable. i have frozen lasangna for thanksgiving if i can't get around..
37 o could be contributing to my bdy issues. dry cold. it won't get warmer 'till 10. oh what to do. could be the tiny bit of nicotine taken for the anxiety and fear. i'm only feeling excruciating pain no fear or anxiety. i'll take willow kava turmeric and passionflower. wait for it to work.
today was ok. back settled down 2 pm i went main and sunny pick up i can rest tomorrow.
back is better.
